The official start date of the challenge is January 1st. However, we encourage participants to begin their prep on December 30th. As soon as you sign up, you'll receive the recipes and all necessary materials for the challenge in a comprehensive booklet. You also start receiving daily emails tailored to your start date, allowing you to progress at your own pace over 21 days. For example, if you sign up on January 8th, your 21-day journey begins from that date. Additionally, we offer weekly live Q&A sessions from January 2nd through January 30th. So, even if you sign up later (by the 8th or 9th), you'll still benefit from at least three weeks of live sessions.

2. What platform will the weekly meetings occur on, and do I need to use Facebook?

Our weekly live sessions are hosted on Zoom, and the recordings of these sessions are available in the membership area. While we use Facebook at the basic level for community purposes, it's not mandatory for participating in the challenge. The main content, including the weekly live sessions, is accessible through a membership platform that is not linked to Facebook. So, you can fully participate in the challenge without ever having to use Facebook, as it's just an additional element for those who are interested.

3. When are the weekly live sessions?

For those on the VIP plan, the weekly live sessions are scheduled for January 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th at 7 p.m. ET, hosted via Zoom. Once you purchase the VIP plan and access the membership area, you'll find all the necessary details for these meetings.
